Before I first tried acupuncture, I was a bit sceptical and worried it might hurt. Having my first session with Jane was the best thing that could have happened to me. She took time to learn about my pains and asked a bunch of questions before we started to treat the right parts. I learned a lot about which of my habits are good for me and which I should take down.
