I have been searching and searching for these 2 men (Adam & Jr) for awhile now as they did such an amazing job a year ago throughout my home!! I am soo impressed by the FABULOUS job they did once again!!! Love there work and wont go anywhere else!!!
We had them come in and clean our carpets upstairs and do a spot treatment in our brand new carpet in the basement where there was a pet stain. They bleached a big patch of carpet...took the color off. Now they are trying to say it was something we did. And the owner is refusing to speak to us. When we ask to speak to the owner/manager he is "too busy". As it stands we paid $250 for them to ruin our new carpet!
Actually Clean consistently exceeds my expectations. I've been using them to clean my rentals for several years now. They can turn the most disgusting carpet into almost brand new! EXCEPT NO SUBSTITUTIONS. I have tried a different carpet cleaners and had major headaches with browning. Never had any issues with Actually Clean. 10/10 highly recommend.
The staff was amazing and did a great job. Very happy with the service and the price to do it. Much easier than renting a carpet cleaner and doing it myself!
