Bait/Switch/Terrible cleaning It's so shocking how they get away with the bait and switch... Quote you one thing....then drop the bomb of what they really charged you. Quote for my grandpa...was 129.00 ACTUALLY CHARGED.... over $400.00 The owner is a snake. My friend used them, and I didn't find out until she called me really upset that she just spent about 80.00 and the carpets look like crap. Actually Clean is a great carpet cleaner Actually Clean is a great carpet cleaner. We used them when we were vacating a rental based on the recommendation of our rental company. They did a thorough job and were very professional. Their pricing was comparable with their carpet cleaning companies.
Recommendedthey showed up on time and did a great job, I was amazed how wonderful it looked when they were done also helped move furniture and did extra without charging
cheap and half assed job.
We had fantastic service. Stemming from ownership, to the estimate, and the employees that came and cleaned. Nothing short of stellar service and carpet that looks brand new!
I highly recommend this company. The workers were efficient and worked really hard to clean our carpet which had quite dirty traffic areas. It now looks like new. They make sure you are satisfied as a customer!
their trucks are so poorly maintained, they are loud enough to wake the dead. I live in an apartment complex and was woken up to this horrible noise. When I called to complain they were rude. Young men, barely out of high school were cleaning. I seriously doubt they pay attention to detail. might be cheap, but your neighbors will hate you!!
Do not recommend, this company cleans the carpets at our apartment complex and they constantly come at 10pm, 11pm, midnight. Sometimes even 2am. They are loud, extremely loud and it keeps us all up. This is so rude and inconsiderate. Awful.
