Currently cleaning an apartment at 9pm in my complex and not the first time either. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Actually Clean just cleaned our carpets and they look fantastic! The cleaning crew was super nice and worked their buns off! They kept us informed of when they would arrive and were here right on time. Great company!
If I could give you a zero I would. It's almost 10pm and your out in a residential area making all kinds of noise. Some of us work early in the morning.
Cleaners came to my area about 8:15 pm this evening. That is rude at best. I went to see who was making the noise. I'm glad I did. I will not be using this company.

I just can't begin to tell you what an amazing job Actually Clean did! The guys were very courteous and kind. I had two cats that were ingested with charcoal after eating Lilly's. They had vomited on a light beige carpet. There was two big spots the size of a football and smaller ones now you would never even know where they were. Will have then do my whole house when I need it. Please tell your friends and family what a great company there are!
We have used Actually Clean a few times. This last time we had them come as our renter left and there was pet urine in over 70% of the house. I cannot tell you enough how hard these people worked on getting our carpets clean and odor free. We paid for the top service and it came with a guarantee. Actually Clean was there about 6 times and did such a great job. They worked hard and kept coming back until the smell was gone. I highly recommend them and will definately use them again!
