Last Wednesday we woke up to standing water in our basement, Actually Clean was there by noon and worked on it all afternoon, moving furniture, extracting water, cleaning carpets. Joe has called or stopped to check on the equipment, offer advice as we try to get our basement back in order. I’m very grateful. We also use them to clean our carpets twice a year - with young kids and a dog we are always needing something cleaned! Each time we are impressed with the results.
FIVE STARS! Shortly after we moved into our home, we had Zerorez clean our carpets because we heard their service was the best. We found that the dirt did NOT get clean and the smell left in some areas from the previous owner remained. Actually Clean came today and the dirt is GONE and so is the smell! Zerorez is an overpriced and overrated service. Do NOT use them. We highly recommend Actually Clean because they will "actually clean" your carpet. Doug and Diane Warwick

I dumped nearly a gallon of latex paint on my carpet. I called two very highly rated carpet places and both said it probably wouldn't be worth paying to have them try to get it out. These guys came the very next day and not only got out a spot about 2' wide, they sat on their hands and knees and picked at countless tiny splatters to make sure that it was perfect. The guys are super nice and friendly, and didn't blink an eye when I asked them to look at some spots in an additional room. Everything looked amazing and cost less... read more
