I haven't used the Acton Medical Centre in years as I had a few really bad experiences with them over the years. Recently I answered a call, was invited for health check and blood work. The receptionist was very polite and accomodating, and found the right date and time for me, so I went ahead with it. Upon arrival I was surprised to see an empty waiting room, and I was called in by the nurse right on time. Both things were unheard of during my previous visits. Fantastic very professional and kind staff at the surgery. Everyone at reception, Perry and Kenza are so professional and kind, as is Rebecca a highly respected nurse, takes blood so calmly, I've never felt the needle, and normally I'm very sensitive! Dr Kahn is very professional and thorough, it's a big shame he's in the surgeryonly one day a week.
