This clinic is now closed, they haven't told patients and for the last 2 days I have been trying to book an appointment but they have not turned off the phone system. Absolute shambles
The surgery seems to have transformed of late with many positive reviews. Personally, I have always found the reception staff extremely helpful, good-natured and mindful of their patients. They do an amazing job on the frontline: I always find that if you treat people with respect they will treat you likewise.
Rebecca Nadeem at Action town surgery is excellent very professional she is the best that I have come across at her job
Doctor didn’t bother to call for my telephone appointment that was scheduled. No communication about delays or rebooking.
