They always manage to give you an appointment on the same day, the front desk staff are lovely and genuinely do their best to help. Really glad they are my surgery!
Was registered at Acton lane for just over a year. Their admin team is phenomenal and generally I could get in quite quickly. Their GPs on the other hand are a mixed bag. I have had multiple severe eczema flare ups over the years, and after coming to the surgery more than once and begging for a derm referral I was always refused and told that my skin “wasn’t bad enough” and then told to continue using steroids (which is not going to solve the problem). This is the best GP I’ve had since moving to the UK. The reception team is always professional, helpful, and very kind. Every time I call, I’m able to get an appointment without having to wait weeks. The doctors and nurses are also excellent—professional, caring, and attentive.
