Been coming to Active Motion for a while now for a mixture of physio and sports massage. Always have a good experience and leave feeling much better in my body. Th guys that work there are super friendly and very knowledgeable
I booked a sports massage with Hannah. The treatment was just what I needed to relieve the pressure in my neck and shoulders. I would highly recommend Active Motion and Hannah in particular who was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be rebooking.
Saw Lewis regularly for a few months as my plantar fasciitis had become worse than ever before and no amount of the usual exercises was helping this time. He gave me shockwave therapy and worked on my Achilles too, and gradually the pain has diminished, to the point where I rarely even notice it now. He’s a miracle worker…100% recommended.
