Took my mum to buy a mobility scooter at Active Mobility in Southill, Weymouth. Absolutely outstanding service from Phil, he was very helpful & very knowledgeable and covered all of our concerns. Prices are very competitive and I would highly recommend Active Mobility for anyone considering buying a mobility scooter.

I’ve just been to the shop. I’m away visiting my daughter’s and I had a problem with my powered wheelchair. I rang the shop and they said I could take it for them to look at. Parking was very easy, the car park is very close to the shop. I went in and saw a young man Ben who looked at it and said it was a battery problem. Took it off and it was definitely the battery. Had a broken down power chair on Thursday. Took it to the shop who undertook to effect a repair. Had phone call early Friday to say all fixed and ready to go. Brilliant efficient service with a smile. Well done chaps.
