My purpose in booking an appointment was to obtain new insoles for my high arches. I was instructed to return with skin-tight trousers for a proper assessment. Although I was uncomfortable with the requirement, I returned for a second visit in the interest of receiving a thorough scientific evaluation. I know John for years he listen to yours issues very carefully Been an active sport man and barber didn’t help with standing all day. .but John advice me with a lot different exercises and approaches do avoid pain been ongoing on my hip and also over pronation due to my flat feet . Sometimes also they recommend insoles. . Thanks again John for helping me to get back to my exercise
