I would highly recommend ActivateOT, Kirsteen provided a very comprehensive and detailed report based on an incredibly empathetic and thorough assessment.
I could not rate Kirsteen highly enough. Her professional knowledge / expertise, thoroughness and attention to detail are exceptional. She is also very easy to communicate with, seeking to put myself and my son at ease throughout every interaction we have had with her. Sadly, I can't give her 10 stars, as Google won't let me go higher than 5. Kirsteen's input is worth every penny you will pay in fees ... 100%.
From the moment i first accessed a webinar with Kirsteen , i knew she would be the perfect sensory OT for both myself and my YP. Non judgemental, totally understood both myself and my YP , and went above and beyond to support the assessment. Kirsteen has a warm, honest , fun and trusting manner , which for a PDAer is key! Our report was spot on and more . So much detail from observations i thought were not alot to work on . Highly recommended
I have various health conditions that I had been looking for an OT to help with so I contacted Kirsteen and she was brilliant. Patient and kind, she explained everything clearly and answered all my questions in a neurospicy friendly way and was able to accommodate my ME by meeting on zoom or coming to me to save me travelling. I would like to share my recommendation for Kirsteen at Activate OT. As a parent (and also a fellow allied health professional), I would say that she really knows her stuff! Her kind nature and affirming approach to neurodivergence has ensured a positive relationship with my child which has been hugely beneficial to our assessment and therapy journey.
