Avoid this company at all costs. I should’ve known from my initial enquiry that their customer service was severely lacking. I called to book a small transit van for the day, provided all my details, and was told to come in anytime from 8am. There was absolutely no mention of a cutoff time or that the booking would be cancelled if I arrived later. I showed up at 10am—only to be told the van had been rented out hours earlier. Shocking experience. Booked a van but when I went there they didn’t have one for me. The only thing they had were excuses. Apparently I didn’t let them know a time even though I said I wouldn’t be able to pick up at 8 and they told me I’d still have to drop off at 8. I arrived at 9 and apparently, they gave my van away as they didn’t think I was coming.
