frozen pipes – Wow... I couldn't believe the freeze last night and it did a number on our pipes. Action came out and was able to tune up the plumbing fixtures and get them working right again in no time.

clogged furnace – There was a horrible leak coming out of a few of my vents and it seemed like the furnace was running all the time. Action came out and immediately new what the issue was - furnace was clogged. They were in and out in no time and worked efficiently.

Great upsell – We just finished remodeling the new master bathroom - but something wasn't right. The pipes were backing up fast and they were leaking around the toilet. We didn't originally update the toilet - but after We called Action and they came out and adjusted the pipes, they told me about a great deal they are having for new toilets. How could I not update that too?

Great Tune up! – I live in an older condo where I just upgraded my windows for better insulation. But it still seemed like my furnace was running all the time too. So I called action for the tune-up and they came out a few days later. They were quick, updated some wiring that got bad and was under warranty and they only charged me the check up fee and and tuned up the furnace.

Drain unclogged – Action came over as scheduled to check out my drain pipes. Something wasn't running correctly and after they video'd the pipes they found what was clogging the drains. Luckily it didn't take long to remove the gunk and they gave me some tips on how to avoid that again in the future. great group all around.

Great furnace company – Action Plumbing was great to work with. They were on time to give my furnace a check up, only charged what the promotion was for and then recommended some other things to improve the furnace. They were polite and well-mannered which you don't see in this industry much. I guess I know who I'm calling if I have a larger problem

DO NOT CALL ACTION YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!! – My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night yesterday. I got up looked it over and come to the conclusion it was the electric ignighter. I called action around 5:30 and was told to call back around 7:30 a.m. I did just that. I understand it taking two hours to come out but once they got there there is a $59.95 charge and then terry the teach tells me ya its the electric starter. It's a $35.00 part and less than five minutes and one screw to put it in.$250.00 charge ya two... read more

Bathroom Remodel – With a few weeks off from work, I was so excited to get started on redoing somethings in our master bathroom. Unfortunately I got in over my head, but I found a craigslist ad for action and gave them a call. We are still working on the project, but I am super excited about their enthusiasm so far. Can't wait for it all to be done.

Christmas Eve – I hated having to call anybody over a holiday weekend, but Action was more than willing to come out saturday night and fix our water heater. I had a lot of family in town and my old water heater just wasn't up to the task. Action fixed it in no time and gave me some pricing options in case i want to get a new one after the holidays. There weren't pushy or anything and I really appreciated their work ethic on such a busy night.
