great plumbing!! – I didn't realize my disposal was broken till it was too late. It sounded like it was working but turned out it was sucking things down the drain whole which clogged up the drain and kitchen sink. Luckily I was able to get Action out the next day and they had the problem fixed in like 20 minutes. I'm glad I didn't have to do it and that it didn't cost to much.

It took some time but my house is back to normal – I was actually about to get on here and right a bad review, but these guys redeemed themselves Monday. I waited over a week for them to get back to me about the black soot forming on the walls and ceiling of my house. Don't trust the high rated reviews! – Don't bite! A $33 "deal" Action advertises on the radio would be well worth it if they ever figure out how to show up to an appointment on time. After scheduling my appointment 3 weeks in advance for a simple furnace tune up, I spent over 5 hours waiting on a Saturday, rescheduled for the next weekend as a "priority" only to be trumped by another "high priority" call 10 minutes before my scheduled time. Turned Off My Furnace in Winter to Force Sale – Called to get the $35 special to tuneup my older but well functioning furnace in winter. Salesman arrived and "red tagged" my furnace claiming it was unsafe and failed his safety inspection due to "deficiating chambers." (He claimed to have performed a "light cleaning" but we saw no evidence of this.) Do not trust these reviews. They are obviously being writtten by an online reputation service. Each is written in the same format and each sounds like a commercial. When you have to hire an agency to manage your bad reviews you know there is a problem.

Action worked for me – These guys were great! I was able to get an appointment within a week, they were on time, fixed my water heater quickly and I was able to get back to work in no time.

Smokey Air – We have central air and heat and one of my kids turned on the air over the weekend. By the time I realized what they did and put the heat back on, there was an aweful smokey smell coming from the vents. I called Action monday morning and they were able to have somebody come out that afternoon to take a look at it. Luckily i just needed a tune up. I was thankful for their availability and their pricing as they gave me their coupon rate for the repair.

Sewer line cleaned work gloves/tampons/debris left – Feb 22 Action sent Ryan/Amacor, plumbing experts, who cleared main sewer line from roof in Rose Park and needed 150 foot cable cutter to flush system. However, they left their work gloves, tampons, and other bacterial debris in the back yard just 2 feet from the garbage cans exposing a young family and a small dog overnight. Bathroom remodel – We were wrapping up our bathroom remodel project - but my husband screwed up something with the pipes and water wasn't coming out correctly. Action was able to send somebody over Saturday afternoon and work with us to make sure everything was good to go and running correctly in the bathroom. They kept the charge low and we were even more thankful finally getting that project finished.
