Great Team! – Great team all around. Thanks! I originally schedule them to come out and do a furnace tune-up and when I asked if they could take a look at my water heater as well, they were more than happy to oblige. They didn't dilly dally nor did they charge me much more for the additional tune-up.

Efficient and to the point – Hmmm... not sure what all the complaints are about? My technician was on time, quick and efficient. he didn't try to scam me or anything and the people who answer the phone at action are equally awesome.

Where is the manager? – My grandmother was taken advantage of by this company and no one will call me back to talk to. I have called every day for six days straight and they say how sorry they are and then hang up without taking care of it. WHERE IS OWNER? My grandmother was charged 375$ for a job that other plumbers would do for less than 100$. She cant see very well and he made her sign the contract. RUDE

My water heater works now!!! – Talk about bad timing, but Action really did come to my rescue. It's one thing for my water heater to stop working, but with 10 people coming into town for the weekend - that's not so good. Action was able to come by last night and make the adjustments I needed but with some suggestions for a new water heater when we are ready to buy a new one.

Just can't get it together – My furnace was 60+ years old so I decided to get a new one and upgrade to central air. I ended up with Action because they were going to price-match another company with a higher end product. Should have gone with the other company. They told me it was a one day installation which turned into three. They promised they would be here at certain times and then didn't show up. Need a new furnace – I was really worried that with the winter season already here I wouldn't be able to get anybody to come out and check on my furnace. Action was available and came out the next day. The tech adjusted my furnace - but also told me that I would need a new furnace before the end of the season. I wasn't so sure, so I called and got a second opinion. Action was right and now I know what I need to plan for.

Great Guys – I'll be honest... I saw the commercials and thought the furnace tune-up would be something cheap... but that wasn't it at all. The tech that came to tune-up my furnace was even giving me a lesson about what to look out for in the future; how to keep my furnace clean and running well... all for like 30 buck! Can't beat it!

Winter snuck up on me – This winter really snuck up on me... But action was ready to roll when i called them to give my furnace a tune-up. They had a few recommendations for when I'm ready to get a new furnace, but said my current one is running just fine as well. Good thoughts to keep in the back of my mind and I didn't feel like I was getting scammed at all.

Honest and Reliable – Action came out to fix my furnace on Halloween-not only were they right on time, they gave me a great price and got it fixed fast so I could take my daughter trick or treating. We came home to a nice warm house. I would definitely call Action again.
