Safe and Ready – I have a rental property and called Action to turn on the furnace and make sure it was working properly. They were able to come out the same day and get everything set--at a great price! I'm very happy with Action.
I call these guys all the time! – With a wife and 4 daughters, the clogs were just getting ridiculous - but with Action - I can call anytime when it gets too much and they come out right away and are very efficient!
Action Dog!!! – I don't have much need for action's service, but I love their commercials. I'm always curious what he's up to next. Keep 'em coming!
Damaged my ceiling – I hired Action Plumbing to install a new AC unit, replace my old furnace, remove my swamp cooler and replace the cooler with an attic fan. When they patched the old swamp cooler hole in my hallway, the job was half-assed. About 9 months later, I discovered a leak from when they installed the attic fan. ABSOLUTE "F" GRADE – $50 When a company lies to you from the very get go it is so hard to defend. I am going through a divorce. The father of my children assaulted me three weeks ago. He has not given me ANY money. I am barely keeping my house running! My a/c broke and I did not know what to do. I called Action because I had a $50 off coupon. Thursday my cooler started to blow warm air I called around and the cheapest (I thought) was Action plumbing. The Tech came by that night and put 1 lb of freon in it to recharge I paid $105.00 and he left. He never checked to see if it would hold the charge . The next day about 12 pm when my cooler was supposed to run again, warm air. I called the tech and he said I must have a leak and said it would be $650.00 to fix, I said thanks any way. They don't value customer time – We called and scheduled our service about a month in advance. They were supposed to come at the end of June, the time when the a/c is definitely necessary. I waited at home during the time they had specified and about an hour into it they called to reschedule my appointment for the end of August!!! I wanted to charge them a cancellation fee. Melting. . . . – Action installed an air conditioning unit for us back in February. After they left, our furnace wouldn't work, they came back 2 days later to fix the furnace (2 cold days later I should mention) and then as it got warm around the middle of June we tried using the new air conditioner, it also did not work AND when we turn it on, the unit outside squeals VERY loudly for the first 5 or 10 minutes it is on but still is does not blow cold air. Don't Use These Guys-- They Are Unethical – I called Action Plumbing Heating and Air on a Friday afternoon to set up a time to come fix my broken air conditioner. Their advertizing said they were open on Saturday which is what I wanted--so I could get it fixed the next day. They would not give me a firm time but said they would put me on the "on call" list and would call me 30 minutes before they come (on Saturday). I never got a call.
