Bait and switch – Action plumbing advertised in March 2011 that they do vent cleaning. They came out and covinced us to buy a furnace, air conditioning and plumbing inspection for several times the vent cleaning offer. They came out and cut a hole in the venting by the furnace to do the vent cleaning. Their inspector came out later in the day and claimed the furnace needed to be replaced due to its age and that it is in poor condition. Fixed my wiring, too! – I live in an old house and the water heater keeps shutting off for no reason. Action came out, diagnosed that the water heater was fine, but some of the electrical outlets kept blowing. They were able to fix the little bit of wiring to keep my place running nicely with hot water.

Furance Tune Up went great! – Wasn't sure what to expect with the cold coming in. Called Action to make sure my furnace is good to go. So easy and everything checked out. Bring on the freeze!

Fixed Flooded Basement – You never think you need help till its too late. I came home from work the other night and my basement was flooded. It was late and i didn't know what to do. The only people that answered their phone AND came out to fix the problem was Action. I can't thank you enough.

Furnace working again in no time! – Wow... with that cold that came in last week, we had to get our furnace up and running. It smelled like the thing was burning. Action came out that night and was able to get it working like new.

24/7 - Awesome! – I lucked out when I waited last minute to see if my heat was working correctly... I live on the bench and got pounded with snow a few weeks ago and Action came out the same day to help me out.

Cold to Warm – I used them to make sure my furnace is working properly because it has been getting much colder the past few days. They serviced my furnace and seemed to do a good job. Everything is working well and I am glad to know that my furnace should function properly this winter.

Thanks, Action! – I called Action Plumbing and Heating to come out and take a look at my furnace and a shower handle in my guest room. They got me tuned up and my heat turned on, which was great! The plumber had a hard time with my shower handles, but he didn't quit on the project until it was fixed and looked great. I really appreciated Action doing a repair the right way and not sloppy like some other companies' people. They were great and I even saved money from the coupons on their website. Thanks, guys!

Do not work with this company, they are unethical!! – I had these guys come out to get my furnace ready for the winter. They told me I needed to have my ignitor switch replaced, the motor cleaned, and all of my venting cleaned. A $1,500 bill. Oh, but they would discount it if I wanted to have the work done that day. I had just replaced the ignitor switch less than 2 years ago, and had the vents cleaned not very long ago. I called back the company that had replaced the ignitor switch.
