Poor customer service and dishonest technicians. I will never use this company again.
Great experience with Action yesterday. it's supposed too get hot again next week and I thought it best to get a tune-up. On-time, no extra charges, very nice tech.
I agree, don't trust these guys! These guys came out and sold me a duct cleaning service that was supposed to use this revolutionary duct cleaning system. The guys showed up with a shop vac! Don't trust these guys! – I talked to the technician when he was on the way to our house. He arrived and told my wife practically word for word what I told him was wrong with our system. He said it was junk and we needed to replace the whole system. They did not do their $33 dollar tune up, which is what I asked for, they charged me a $59 diagnostic charge and all they did was quote me on a new system. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend wasting your money with these guys. I know I will never use them again.
warranty worked – My water fillter was leaking through to my basement floor and I couldn't seem to find where in the filter it was coming from. Action kept to their warranty and guarantee and came out and fixed it the next day and gave me directions on how to temporarily stop the water from leaking.
late night emergency – Great emergency guys - called em last night to fox the backed up pipe and they came out in an hour and unclogged the drain and cleaned up after our mess.
great company – This was the 2nd time I asked Action to fix something at my house and they continue to be on time and inexpensive. They fixed my A/C in no time and were very nice.
quick n easy – Action was on time, did the tune-up quickly, everything works great. I'm happy.
worked for me – I was looking through all the reviews for the A/C people in town and wasn't sure since there were negative and postive reviews for all of them. What can you do though. I called Action for their tune up special and was mildly surprised that they were so open to my time and schedule. They were able to get somebody to come out after I got off of work and did a tune up on my A/C before we started running it all the time. Well I thought they did a good job - so giving them a good review.
