I just heard another one of your commercials. I am getting so tired of hearing "hot water heater flush". It is not now nor has it ever been a "hot water heater". Why would you heat hot water? Are you making steam? It is simply a water heater. If you do not even know what it is called why would I trust you to service it. Please fix your commercials.
Never ever again, called Action Plumbing to have sewer line rooted, tech said couldn't fix, didn't make blades that could make turns. Would need to replace whole sewer line for approx $8k. He said he cleared enough roots to stop backup for awhile charged $240 and left. One hour later had sewer water coming into my home. Called Discount Rooter, he came within a hour fixed the problem within 30 minutes, $150 later left with issue fixed. Awful, awful, awful. I called them on a Thursday morning because my furnace went off. They said they would come during the day, but when they hadn't shown by noon, I called and asked what the time frame was, and they said that they were running very late and that they were "pushing" to have us serviced that day. I asked if they were sure they were going to come, because I was going to call somebody else, but they said "no, we're pushing for today, so we should be there." Customer beware of this company!!!!! We called Action to perform a furnace simple tune-up and they said that we needed to do a cleaning of everything and quoted $600. I had 3 other Heating companies look at it and they all said that the furnace did need to be cleaned, but Action was including things that didn't need to be fixed. Short story: Terrible customer service & the tech never showed up. Long story: I made an appointment with the merchant (Action Plumbing, Heating & Air) on Oct. 1, 2012 after purchasing this Groupon. I understand that it can take awhile to get an appointment, and Oct. 29, 2012 was the earliest slot they had available. This is my first time renting property. I called Action to come check the furnace and water heater to make sure everything was running correclty. Their fees were ok and of course it helped I had a coupon. The service person was professional and did exactly what he said he was gong to do.
I purchased a furnace check up through deals for action heating and air a few weeks ago. I scheduled an appointment with them for today (made the appointment nearly 3 weeks ago). After I took the day off, they didn't show up at the time they told me and then called to reschedule the appointment saying they had emergencies come up, they said that they would put us on the "standby" appointments tomorrow and if they didn't get out, they would reschedule us for November! Last week I purchased their ksl deal and booked them to turn up my furnace before I have to turn it on. They came out in just a few days, were on time and in and out in no time. My kind of service.
I know it’s a bit early to start thinking about making sure my furnace is working correctly, but the night’s are getting pretty cold up here in the mountain so I gave Action a call. They had a great deal running and the furnace is ready to run when we decide to finally put it on
