Great office with wonderful staff and vets! Only thing that I have an issue with is that I am not able to reach anyone on Mondays because the phone is busy all day long. I wish they had an additional line for roll-over calls. :( Otherwise, they are all great!
I have always had great experiences with all three of my dogs at Acredale Animal Hospital! All of the vets and staff are very professional and friendly. At times I need to bring my dog in after hours and the evening staff is always so accommodating and compassionate. Dr. Sevigny aka "Dr. S" is usually on night shift and I just love her. Sometimes I have to wait because there are other sick or hurt animals ahead of mine but I don't mind waiting my turn. I highly recommend Acredale!
So far they have been wonderful, they took care of my cat when we had to put hum down in Aug and was very sweet, compassionate, understanding, supportive and didn't not rush us through the process. Took care of the cremation arrangements, check on us afterwards. Yesterday we visited again with our 15 year old golden and he was treated so sweet in loved them all.. the doctor didn't rush spent time with us played in the floor with our fur baby and her assistant were awesome.. spoiled him like crazy..

Outstanding facility, trustworthy. I've used Acredale seversl times to kennel my beloved pooches when I travel and cannot praise them enough. I highly recommend them.
I love this vet. They are always awesome. Dr. Alex not only knows my dog, but remembers details about me and my family. They also made euthanizing my cat an easier process when she passed last year. I recently moved further from this vet, but I will be making the trip to see them for my pets' care.
I have been going to AcreDale Animal Hospital for 15 yrs , that group of people are the best. They always greet you with a Hello, and when you get sad news they are very caring and willing to do what they can for you. When you have a new member to the family, they are so happy for you.
I brought my sick puppy here for the first time yesterday and had an excellent experience. The vet was very helpful and the staff was extremely friendly! I would definitely recommend and will be returning! :)
