Acre dale Animal Hospital saved my kitty's life. MITZIE went in very lethargic gums gray and truly in distress. Immediately when it was discovered her blood oxygen level was 18 Dr DeLorenzo gave her a blood transfusion. This kitty is my 92 year old mom's baby. The entire staff has been a part of her recovery. I have taken my pets to Acredale for many years and always have great service. They are honest and care about your animals. One of my cats has been recently diagnosed with diabetes and now requires us to give him 2 insulin injections daily. We met with Karen, a technician, and she went above and beyond expectations. When we relocated to the area with the military, we had no idea where to take our dogs for care. Someone referred us to Acredale. We are so grateful for the awesome care our dogs have received. The staff is always friendly and genuinely cares.

If you like being quoted one price and charged another after the fact this is the place to go. I was quoted 62 dollars for a kennel cough and canine flu vaccine over the phone. I was told that an exam charge would not be necessary (my dog had his exam less than 6 months ago). After driving an hour and in the exam room with the vet I was told that it was actually 98 dollars and then at checkout it was going to be 134 dollars. Then at checkout they "corrected" themselves and charged the 98.
Everyone is so amazing. They all truly care about every animal an human who walk through their doors. I highly recommend them to anyone who has an animal.
