We had to go last night around 7 after discovering that we thought our dog ate a large Christmas tree ornament. Sure enough. The vet and techs were great. They were all reassuring and kind. They were very thorough and helpful for crazy me who is worried our other dogs may have eaten some too. We have things to look out for and meds to help our boy pass anything that's left. The delorenzo team is thorough and caring. Of course the techs and front desk folks are kind and very helpful. Thank you for taking care of our fur babies for so many years. We are greatful to have complete confidence in what yall suggest.
They take the absolute best care of my fur babies each and every time they have seen my babies in the past 12 yrs nothing but the best care!!!
My mom takes her animals here, so I took my almost 8 year old papillon when she started acting like she was in pain. The staff was VERY friendly and polite! When I couldn't get through on the phones I sent them a FB message and they replied right away and called me within 30 minutes! Very fast, efficient and affordable! I will not go anywhere else from now on!!!
There people are caring and understanding when you have an issue with your furry family member. Their prices are also quite reasonable.
