Everyone goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Not to mention how amazing they are with not only my dog, but every animal I've seen go through their door. They always have a smile on their face and make sure you and your pet are taken care of.
This place is AWESOME! They treated Link like he was part of the family and ALEXIS was sooo good with him! I would recommend to anyone who needs good quality health care for their pet that's affordable
We have taken our pets there for years. We went through a lot of vets before a friend referred us to acredale. We are very happy with them.
I just wrote on this page to thank Acredale and I would recommend them highly.
The entire Acredale Team led by Dr. Minogue provide the highest degree of competence and care during the recent life struggles of our cat Hollyann. We felt like family and they treated Hollyann as if she were their own cat. You can't ask for more and no hospital can deliver half as much as Acredale does time after time.
Expect long wait times. The next day I called with questions about my cat's visit. No one would return my four calls. I even went to the office at 9:30 pm and was told the doctor was backed up three hours but if it's OK someone will call me at midnight. I waited until 1:30 am; still no call. I give up, going to another vet.
They are wonderful because it doesn't matter how busy they are they still treat you like your #1�
