RecommendedThe staff is extremely caring and is very nice! Dr Edwards and her assistants were very calm with my mother and I in a very sad situation, and were very caring and sweet.
4 o'clock appointment, get there 10 minutes before, right at 4 a walk in comes in,5 mins later the walk in gets to go to a room, 20 mins later I get to go to a room, 5 minutes later an assistant comes in and says the dr. is finishing up looking at the puppies of the walk in that was there after me I asked how much longer, she said 20 more minutes, I said that's ok I'll make another appointment, this place is starting to get bad, maybe they just dont like me,
Was a pretty quick process even though it was our first time there. Vet seemed very nice, was very careful with our scared puppy, and she was informative.
I am very dissatisfied with the care I have received with my dog Cooke. First I have spent thousand of dollars with this vet. I took my dog 2 weeks ago because she was loosing weight only to find that the vet did not really have a diagnosis. Gave me medicine and a food stimulates because my dog was not eating along with antibiotics. Didn’t work. Went back and will say that the female vet was very nice. She told me after showing me an ultrasound that my dog had a large tumor and it would not be good for us to try and save her... read more

I’ve been taking my Dachshund to Acredale Animal Hospital for the last several years and have had nothing short of a pleasurable experience each and every time. Between normal check ups and even the “scary” visits, the staff has been completely accommodating, understanding, and just over all wonderful. Thank you so much to all of the staff, from the front counter to the docs. We appreciate you and your service to our babies!!
