I was quoted one price over the phone and charged something completely different when I arrived. The final bill included several ""hidden fees"" that were never mentioned before. I tried to dispute it, but they just brushed me off. ACR Automobile feels more like a scam than a legit business.
Took my car in for a brake replacement and it started squeaking again within a week. I called ACR to report the issue and was told I'd have to pay full price to have it looked at again. For the amount I paid, I expected the job to be done right the first time. Very disappointing.
