Was very disappointed at this sauna I heard that it has been taken over by new owners but what can I say a lot hasn’t changed really visited on a Monday the member of staff just seemed more interested being on his mobile phone behind the counter when I was kindly waiting for new towel and then it happened again when I was waiting to be served for my food also sauna box really needs sorting all the wood seems to be falling apart too won’t be going anytime soon sadly
I visited this place on the weekend. expecting it to be good but as I went to ring the buzzer on the door nobody came had to wait for a good 15 mins before they let me in. The member of staff was very abruptly rude as I paid my money as I asked them how many was in the place for him to reply with why you asking me. The place is a mess and smells really bad. Never will return and would advise others to avoid the place.
Came to this sauna on the 8th February was very disappointed considering I been few times now 1 its looked very shabby decor very dated 2 considering its meant to be a sauna was very cold everywhere in the building including upstairs too 3 toilets were dirty and not clean no soap to wash your hands with or even to dry your hands either 4 The sauna box isn’t very warm and the seats look like they seen better days as well 5 Pointed it to a member of staff they said if you don’t like it go else where which I found very rude ind... read more
Visited early Saturday 4 December left at 0530 . Great gay sauna , love the hot tub, Friendly welcoming staff . Will definitely visit again . Very relaxing .
Happy to return after 20 years!
