I wanted help with a notary service. I was directed by reception to email a contact, which I did. Several weeks later, I enquired again and was directed the same. And finally on the third email after 3 weeks I had an email response, from David Sinclair, I assume the lead solicitor. Unfortunately he was unavailable on the days I requested so suggest some alternatives or potential solutions and he didn't manage to respond. Unprofessional and waste of my time and energy.
