Got told my daughter's appointment was a 10:15 arrived at 10am so I was on time, then had to wait until 11:15 only to get told sorry we can't see her today.. absolutely no communication from staff. There seeing private patients 1st then NHS patients have to wait... Not acceptable. Care and treatment are fantastic it's just the appointment times are all over the place.

Avoid if you can. 3 times my daughter's wires have come loose in her braces. The last time (just now) we got there at 545pm as it was an emergency (cutting into her cheek) and was told everything is shut down. But apparently they're open until 6. I now have an appointment tomorrow morning and my daughter will miss the start of her mocks. (originally the appointment I was offered was 24 hours later). As I said - Avoid!

Got referred to acorn after we’d been having treatment in Wokingham with another Orthodentist but lived abroad for nearly two years continuing treatment overseas In our return the Wokingham Orthodentist refused to see us when my daughter needed a check up and now retainer After many battles our nhs dentist referred us to acorn who resolved the issue as opposed to worrying about the financial impact they’d receive so Thankyou Acorn This shows you care about the patient and not lining the pockets
