They set up an appointment for viewing a house and the day before they told me it was sold (happened in Kennington) I called them once to tell them I was a bit late and the agent bailed on me. The agents at the phone always leave vague information about everything. They have a nice look and a nice offer but the service is awful and widely incompetent. I guess if you are lucky you may have a good experience but a professional company should never let these things happens so often.
