Acorn Catford and head office were superb. I was the buyer so not actually paying client but they went above and beyond. Dammy and Jake in branch were responsive and helpful with viewings and access throughout and they even supported the vendor with paperwork being sent to solicitors. This won’t be part of their normal service but had they not done this the sale would have definitely fallen through. They had an excellent understand of the house and the neighbourhood, which helped land a speedy sale. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had as a buyer. Acorn accepted my offer on a property, told me to move quickly, and I did — spending over £680 on ID checks and a professional survey they recommended.
