Misleading, unhelpful and dismissive. Key information about the tenancy was not made clear before signing. Serious property issues were met with dismissive responses and no meaningful assistance. Had to end the tenancy early for health reasons (serious damp and mould) and then faced a petty deposit deduction. Extremely disappointing — would not recommend at all!
