Hi everyone, recently I rented out my flat at Elephant & Castle in London with the support of Mauricio Sanchez and Emma Underwood from Acorn Estate Agents. It had to be rented on a short notice, I had minimum rent requirement and needed a decent tenant. The flat had to be also cleaned and renovated before the new tenant came in.
