Went for tennis elbow. Good experience with physio here. Chris explained the problem and gave me an exercise programme to help with the symptoms.
Excellent. Chris was very thorough in his investigations as to what could be causing the pain and gave me a very detailed list of exercises to work on.
I had an appointment with Lucien Grieve in May 2025 because the top of one of my feet swelled due to an inflammation (extensor tendinitis). I was advised to wear insoles and Lucien made me try what was available in the shop including a pair of Vasyli Blue 3/4 Orthotics (medium density). He said that my size (size 6) was out of stock and he gave me a bigger size (for sizes 7 - 8.5) claiming that this size was perfect for my feet, he also recommended to place the Vasyli insoles underneath the trainers insoles.
