Cleaners must work quite fast in my opinion if you want praise from the company. Never be off sick they will expect you to go in if you like it or not as they can't seem to find staff. Only incentive is weekly pay. Wish more cleaning companies paid weekly or bi weekly. Pros Weekly wages Cons Management are moody and rude
