Took my car down for a diagnosis due to limp mode fault, told it was needing a new air mass sensor. Bought it and replaced it, but fault was still ongoing 🤷♂️ turns out I had actually split the turbo pipe that I eventually found myself as I saw oil residue on the outside of the pipe. A simple bit of duct tape sorted it til new pipe came in the post and fitted by myself. Seems being told a part needing replacing and a diagnosis charge (£100 later) was really not needed. First day of my holiday and was greeted with a flat tyre on my car just outside my accommodation. They were the closest garage to me so just walked in asking for help as am totally unfamiliar with the area. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Puncture was fixed within the hour and price was extremely reasonable. I seriously have never experienced customer service like it at any garage. Amazing place. 🤩
