They are a fantastic team at Battersea Ace & Tate. My best experience in 20 years of wearing glasses. Talk about AMAZING ! Arrived from the United States wearing a rimless optical frame from Oakley, did City tour and then London eye, at top of the ride, frame breaks and I'm practically blind. Time was 545pm. Looked up optical nearby, found this location at Battersea power station and called them. Spoke with Salma, she kept me calm, said sure come over we got you. I visited the Ace & Tate store at Battersea Power Station this morning. Eva did a quick check on my eye prescription and confirmed that nothing had changed since my last visit. I decided to upgrade my glasses as my old pair had some scratches. The value for money is excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. Friendly, efficient, and super helpful — highly recommend!
Impeccable service. The free eye test was thorough and I wasn’t pressured at all to buy new glasses as they sent me my prescription by email regardless. Prices for frames are reasonable.
