Excellent service, highly recommended
Low quality. I’ve purchased glasses from Ace & Tate multiple times, dating back to 2017. In every case (3 out of 3), the frames failed in less than a year, and the company refused to honor the 2-year warranty despite repeated requests. I hope this feedback helps others and encourages Ace & Tate to improve their warranty service.
I had a great experience with Leo who was very helpful in arranging new glasses, as well as correcting the fit of my original pair.
