Awful customer care, sent at least 3 emails to this company for a quote and didn’t get a single reply for any of them over the space of a couple of weeks. I even gave them benefit of the doubt and tried on Facebook. Still nothing. I eventually sent a generic email to head office about a quote, finally got reception to book a quote for this Friday 5th September for 1-2pm. Unfortunately no one showed nor did I get any update.
