I was offered this service through my employer which I accepted. I have osteoathritis of spine and both hips. I was triaged beforehand by an external company and offered 5 30min sessions, great I thought. Arrives at Ace and then asked to lie on bed and a TENS machine was out on my back for 15mins. I was sent an online exercise plan despite not assessing what I could or could not do physically. Okay I thought I'll try again the following week but was put back on TENS again for 15mins. Been going to Ace for lower back pain off and on now for a year now . Treatment seems to help can't recommend David highly enough .
I had a neck, shoulder and back massage from Jack, he was very professional. A few tight knots on my neck/ shoulder which got sorted out and also payed attention to lower back also. I felt very relaxed after. I would definitely recommend.
After 5 years of neck and shoulder pain and my GP telling me nothing could be done, Ace Physiotherapy has reversed the damage. I'm beyond grateful, thank you!
