Drinks are intriguing, nice bartenders and average pricing but the food options could be more gluten free/budget friendlier. I love the space and they bring in amazing talent, including movie nights w/ a twist--usually w/ no cover! It's a great hotel w/ restaurant attached and rooftop pool/bar. Great place to grab a drink w/ friends.
While I have both pros and cons, overall I did not enjoy this hotel. The Valet staff as well as the front desk were all really nice, the large walk in shower was AMAZING! A few things I did not like, the beds were super uncomfortable! My back is still hurting, the beds were low and the mattresses were super thin. The pillows are straight garbage! The staff upon arrival were very friendly! My problem lies with the fact they billed my card immediately for the 3 night stay plus a $200 charge for incidentals without telling me they were going to do so. I was told me they were just confirming the card I reserved with. There is fridge in the room fully stocked with alcohol, but no coffee pot or little microwave because there is a restaurant and Coffee Bar in the lobby they want you to use. Beds are uncomfortable. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. I love bringing friends to the rooftop pool. The drinks & food are great. However, they have some of the rudest bartenders I’ve ever met. The door people & food runners are wonderful though! Really great place to hang out & entertain out of town guests. Just don’t order at the bar!

Horrible customer service and rude service. Plus the pool reaches capacity easily, go elsewhere if you’re looking for a nice rooftop in Nola there’s plenty of other options.
This place is a trendy hotel with a South Beach Vibe. Everything was great except the beds.
