RecommendedAmazing hospitality, hip and spacious rooms with high ceilings. Our room was so quiet even through hurricane Zeta! The staff was well prepared and communicated throughout the storm, handed out supplies and served free dinners. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to NOLA. — with David Hedges.
The hotel and staff were amazing!! My family and I enjoyed ourselves to the fullest and would recommend this sleek, elegant ,vintage-style hotel to anyone. It is located within walking distance of everything. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in New Orleans.

Ace Hotel claims to be supportive of the Black Lives Matter movement but this is not the case! Rather they EXPLOIT black lives for their culture to their white guest’s entertainment. There are countless personal testimonies from people of color and the LBGTQ+ community on their pages who are sharing their experiences with discrimination at Ace Hotel New Orleans. If you are truly for ALL black lives including their LGBTQ+ ones you would not support this business.
