This is the real pool experience! Elevators out all day Saturday, poor people here for weddings! Spotty service on hot water. Great staff until they said here’s $200 credit on $2,500+ hotel bill.

I love this place stayed here for 3 months while property shopping in New Orleans and the people are amazing the location is great and the bartenders know how to make a drink ..... gotta love New Orleans
Best hotel in America’s best travel destination.
I love the Ace!! The location is fantastic. The rooms (even the medium ones) are huge compared to most hotels. The fridge is packed with all kinds of adult goodies and I love having WWOZ welcoming us as we walk in. This is a kinda hipster place but my boomer SO is handicapped and the staff has treated us with great compassion.
The rooftop pool, bar, food and cocktails were excellent. The lobby bar is comfortable and fun too. The staff was wonderful. The Arts/Warehouse area of New Orleans is a great place to be.
Attended a wedding their this past weekend and it was really nice and pretty and really admired the beautiful candle wax chandelier!
