This place is trash! Elevators breaking down, ceiling caving in above the shower in my room 407. Views are horrible. Door board above the entrance to the shower broken. Check in was at 3:00pm and I had to wait 1 1/2 for my room key. It was horrible. For that price it should be all inclusive. Trash literally had to beg someone to clean the room.

great place to stay when in new orleans
This is a party hotel. Just so you know. Lots of drunk people yelling in the halls and in the elevators. The pool is VERY small. That said the hotel is pretty cool. The customer service was spotty, some rude, some ok, some friendly. But the building maintenance issues were consistently poor and the lack of communication in trying remedy our room, was pretty bad. No one really apologized for much of anything nor do I think they cared bc they know we are not coming back.
