Make an appointment for service and they're always ready for you. All work has been done perfectly. Also if they see something else that needs attention they will talk to you about it. Very friendly people at the service desks and sales. I highly recommend ACE.
Very happy with the service to replace the original tires on my 2002 Thunderbird. Service Writer was helpful in matching another tire store price and making sure I knew how to apply for rebates. Tech took very good care of my car, he was very carful not to mark up my chrome wheels and treated my car like it was his own.

Each time I have had my car serviced, I have been treated respectfully and professionally. I wouldn't go anywhere else for oil changes or service.
I had an appointment on Tuesday morning,, I was there on time with Brian waiting for me. Truck went right in & was done before I could smoke a cigar. Was there for an oil change & gas door spring. Job was priced below what I could do it for,, plus it's in the Ace data base of all work done since I have owned it just in case I sell it or trade it in. Will be going back for more service when needed. I deal with Brett or Brian,,, definately NOT Mark !!!

I had an oil change (the works) and they asked if they could flush out the anti-freeze coolant as it had been a few years, so they did that promptly also. I am always pleased with the timeliness of the service, and the fee. I like having the dealer service my Frod.
