Told me part was in stock on Friday, then 10 minutes later part wasn't in stock. Said part would be in on Monday. Monday came, part is backordered yeah ok.

Not happy. My car which is under warranty will be going back for a third time in less than a month as my horn stopped working again. I will be calling them again about this. Last time about 2 weeks ago they forgot to set up a rental after about 2 hours I took my car back as Enterprise had nothing and neither did the dealership.

Never will I use this service department. I was lied to about the diagnosis charge and the time on labor charges , Mark in your service department needs a strong lesson in customer service . His manners and professional customer service skills need a serious review . Ace Ford I hope your tricking your customers cost you all repeat customers. It cost you my business.
