I have a 2009 Ford Escape that had a bad throttle body. The part had an extended warranty so it didn't cost anything. Waiting area was lovely, had fresh coffee, cold bottled water, tv, WiFi & friendly
Well, I did not pay anything. But I filled out an application for employment. After using my GI bill and 9/11 fund and getting my Ford fact cerifications from UTI I am hopeful. Seems this place as a great rating, good people, and a good reputation.

Asked to have 2 keys cut and programmed. After they cut the keys told me there is a problem with the keys I bought. Charged me the full amount of over $100.00 and I got nothing in return. I would have paid for the 2 cut keys and ate that but why charge for something that doesn't work. Not a way to treat a customer. that's why I'm a Dodge customer never buy Ford again.

Sorry you were not satisfied with your visit. Unfortunately the keys you supplied were not OEM Ford Keys and they were unable to be programmed after they were cut. With third party keys there is not a guarantee that they will be compatible. However we would like to offer you a credit for a future service visit as we were unable to work with this third party key. I had a great experience with ACE the other day. The service rep was quick and friendly and got me in and out in no time. Love the new facility and the customer area. I also bought several vehicles from ACE. They are a no pressure team and very focused on taking care of my needs. 5 stars.
