Had a wonderful experience at ACE Service Department last week. My service writer, Brett, helped me naviagate through the recalls on my car. 2 days before my service, I rolled over a piece of road debris and had a flat tire. One quick phone call to Brett and he arranged for 4 new tires to be added to my existing service appointment. I was given an estimate of 3PM for my car to be ready.
