RecommendedDrove over 2 hours to purchase a used Mustang, when I arrived home there was a mechanical issue and I thought I was screwed. I could not have been more wrong, I called and spoke with the manager Anthony who did everything in his power to make it right. He gave me his cell phone # and followed up with me at 9:30 on Monday night to make sure the issue was handled. Stand up guy, stand up Dealership... I will definitely drive 2 hours to Ace next time I purchase a Ford...

My husband Brian Doherty leased an F150 from Ace Ford in Woodbury and brought it in for service. They said it would take 10 days before they could work on it. In the meantime, they refused to give me a loaner. The manager offered to pay half a rental fee. How about I pay half the lease payment, Really??? That's horrible service and I will never deal with Ace Ford again.
