Attention USAA members. I have purchased or leased 3 vehicles in the last 4 years. I just attempted to purchase my vehicle lease at the end. I used the USAA car buying program as I have in the past. I was basically harassed for doing so. 2 appointments both mis-managed to the point I walked out. I felt like they didn’t care because they weren’t getting the finance deal and couldn’t be bothered.
