I had my first oil change done on my new F250. I was also having issues with my back up camera. The camera was replaced under warranty. My oil change was free because of downloading the Ford Pass app. Awesome experience !

REPLACED BATTERY IN OUR 2019 LINCOLN MKZ FREE OF CHARGE UNDER WARRANTY.. EVERYONE WAS PROFESSIONAL.

I have a 10 year old Ford Taurus, bought at Ace Ford, and always serviced there. Recently it was due a 100,000 mile checkup, also the A/C had stopped throwing cool air, and the muffler was beginning to make noise. I ask the Service Dept. to address these issues, and after researching the A/C they advised they had found a leak, which they fixed and recharged the system. Think twice before buying a vehicle here, especially an Explorer. I purchased a “Certified Pre-owned” Explorer last summer. After the purchase I discovered there is a long-standing issue with paint peeling from the hoods, tailgates. I find the underside of the hood is blistering so I went back to ACE to show them the damage under the hood edge I was told to file a claim with Ford, because it’s “not their problem” after speaking to the ACE body shop manager he tells me Ford has been dealing with this problem for at least 20 y... read more
